William Carl Taylor

William Carl Taylor, age 70, of Duff passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2012. He was a very loving husband of 29 years, father, grandfather, & great-grandfather who loved going to church, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and watching Westerns on TV.

Preceded in death by his parents George & Mary Ettie Taylor, brother Kenneth L. Taylor, sister Claudette England, and granddaughter Chelsey Taylor.

Survived by his wife Brenda Patsy Taylor of Duff, sons William Taylor, Jr. & wife Angel of Piqua, OH, Bobby Taylor & wife Beverly of Dalton, GA, and Samuel Tacket & wife Christy of LaFollette, daughter Regina White & husband John of Duff, brothers George Taylor, Jr. of Duff, Jimmy Taylor of LaFollette, and Walter Taylor of Habersham, sisters Bonnie and Susie Taylor both of Habersham, 14 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, July 27th, 2012 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev Wade Walls and Rev Robert Green officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11am-1 pm. Interment will follow the service at Peabody Cemetery.
