Arthur Boshears

Arthur Boshears, age 89, of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 10, 2021. He was born to the late Nathan and Edna (Nelson) Boshears on June 15, 1931. He loved spending time with his family, farming, fishing, and hunting. He especially enjoyed being on his tractor with love of his life, Helen Sue by his side.

In addition to his parents Arthur is preceded in death by his brothers; Leon Boshears and sister-in-law Marrietta, George Boshears and sister-in-law Betty Faye, and Garfield Boshears and sister-in-law Joetta; sisters Josephine Cooper and husband Dester, Juanita Boshears, Ella Housley, and husband Cecial; and brother-in-law Charles Brown.

He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years Helen Sue Boshears of LaFollette; Daughters Debbie Mongar and husband John of LaFollette and Edna Wright and husband Ralph of LaFollette; sister Geneva Brown of Chattanooga; grandchildren Miranda Stanfill and husband Wes, Rebecca Collette and husband Brad, Wes Mongar and wife Carie, and Adam Wright and wife Amber; great- grandchildren Jackson, Nathan, and Addy Stanfill, Braxton Fox, Lilly Wright, Eva Grace Collette, and one on the way; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 12:00-6:00 PM on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Friends will meet at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Pond Cemetery with Military honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
