Obituary
Cathy Lynn Riggs, age 68 of LaFollette, departed this life on Thursday August 17, 2023. She was a loving mother and grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family and her cats. Cathy was born on January 2, 1955 to the late Ray Edward Cook and Mary Jean Seel Cook.
In addition to her parents, Cathy is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Riggs; brother, Stephen Cook; and sister, Janet Gross.
Cathy is survived by her son, David Kyle Riggs of LaFollette; daughter, Bunny Virginia Russell of LaFollette; sister, Joyce Crockett and husband Mark of LaFollette; grandchildren, Tiffany Cook, Derek Cook, Amber Allen, and Rachel Riggs; great grandchildren, Parker Cook, Harper McNeeley, and Oliver Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be announced at a later date.
The family has entrusted the care Cathy Lynn Riggs to Martin Wilson Funeral Home “Where Families Matter Most.”
