Dustin Michael Henegar

Dustin Michael Henegar (big bird, birdman) was born on 8 September 1985 at Ft. Knox, Ky, he departed this life in route to Valhalla on 6 March 2020.

He was preceded in death by brother Trinity Henegar, paternal grandparents, Henry Ray and Tava Ball Henegar (Jones) and Harvey L. Jones, Maternal grandparents, Garfield and Joetta (Shepherd) Boshears. Special uncle David Henegar.

He is survived by parents, Jimmy and Millie (Boshears) Henegar, son Brenton Henegar, sister Kylie Henegar (Keleher) and husband Max. His pride and joy, niece and nephews, Adilynn Keleher, Beckett Keleher and Callum Keleher. Uncles, Jimmy Boshears, Kenneth Henegar and wife Shirley, Johnny Henegar, Bill Henegar and wife Teresa,  Reverend Lawrence Henegar and wife Denise, Eddie Henegar and wife Debbie. Aunts Patty (Boshears) Holt and husband Leo, Robin (Henegar) Adkins and husband Roger, Reba (Henegar) Taylor and husband Arvil. Numerous cousins, great uncles and aunts, and many, many friends.

Dustin was very talented in sports, music and comedy. He was a self admitted alcoholic and with the support of his family, battled that demon for many years. To know him was to love him, He knew how to bring laughter to any situation. He enjoyed fishing, gaming, music and his many friends.

Dustin’s wishes were to be cremated. A public celebration of life will be held at a later date.
