Geneva (Jordan) Braden

Geneva (Jordan) Braden, 93, of Kokomo passed away on Monday, May 7, 2018. She was born July 7, 1924 in Campbell County Tennessee to Sampson and Ethel Jordan. Geneva Jordan married Arthur Braden in Rossville, GA. in 1946.They have one son, Arthur Lynn Braden. They moved to Kokomo, Indiana in 1951.

Arthur worked at Haynes International and retired after 30 years of service and Geneva worked at Delco Electronics and retired in 1987.

Surviving her are son Arthur Lynn Braden of Kokomo, three sisters, Margaret Phillips and Mildred Goins of Jacksboro, TN., Lorene Bowman of Ohio and a brother, Jack Jordan of Jacksboro, TN., and several nieces and nephews.

Those preceding her in death are her husband Arthur, her parents, three brothers, Earl, Huegene and Steve Jordan and a sister Christine Rutledge of Virginia. A gathering for friends and family will be Saturday May 12, 2018 from 2pm to 4pm at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo. A graveside services will be held Tuesday May 15, 2018 at 1pm at Campbell Memorial Gardens in Lafollette, Tennessee where she will lay rest beside her husband Arthur. Martin Wilson Funeral Home will assist the family in TN.
