James Michael Hicks

James Michael “Mike” Hicks, age 66 of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord on Friday March 18, 2022.  He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. He was a loving husband of 42 years, father, grandfather and great grandfather that enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren, Mike loved fishing, sports and reading western books.

He was preceded in death by parents William M. and Iris J. Boshears Hicks, sister Valerie Ayers.

Survived by wife Deborah Weaver Hicks, sons, Joshua Hicks of LaFollette,  Michael Hicks and wife April of LaFollette, sisters Pam Keathley of LaFollette, Dawn Maddox of GA and Freda Bowling of LaFollette, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside service and interment will be 1:00 pm Wednesday March 23, 2022 at Macedonia cemetery.
