John Grant Tidwell

 John Grant Tidwell, age 54 of LaFollette, departed this life on Tuesday, July 20, 2021. He was born on April 27, 1967, to the late Paul Tidwell and Bernice “Austin” Tidwell. He was a loving father and grandfather that enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. John also enjoyed riding motorcycles, especially Harley Davidsons.

He is survived by his sons; Cody Tidwell and Jarred Tidwell both of Clinton; daughters Amanda Tidwell of Corbin, Alexis Tidwell of Duff, Nikki Tidwell of Caryville, and Katie Mowery and husband Jacob of Nashville; brothers Danny Tidwell and wife Nelly of Virgina and Larry Buffmeyer and wife Denni of South Carolina; sisters Karen Buffmeyer and husband Barney of Florida, Sherry Mauriel and husband Mike of Florida, and Melissa Miller of LaFollette; grandchildren Austin Smith, Jacob Ridenour, Ethan Tidwell, Oaklynn and Emersyn Mowery, Mollie Tidwell, Madison Skidmore, and Kentley Smith; and a host of other family and friends.

No services are planned at this time.
