Lois Jean Ayers, age 70, of LaFollette passed away on Friday September 10, 2021. She was member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Lois enjoyed gardening, flowers, dancing, talking, laughing, fishing and spending time with her family, whom she loved very much, especially her children and grandchildren.
Preceded in death by; mother Martha Ayers, daughter, Karen Hatmaker, brothers Curtis Ayers and George Benjamin Ayers 1st, sister Pauline Jones.
Survived by; daughters Debbie Ivey Walden of LaFollette, Tammy Thomas and husband David of Knoxville, Sharon Jones and Jason Campbell of Jacksboro; grandchildren, Christopher Walden, Felisha and Josh Phillips all of Lafollette, Halen Hatmaker of Florida, Trevor Jones, Marcus Muse, and Shannon Hutchinson of Caryville; great grandchildren,
Trenton Walden, Karen Walden, Gabriel Walden, Mckenzie Walden, Liam Phillips, Remi Phillips, Jeffrey Kindred, Conner Jones, and little Izzy of Florida, and several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Monday September 13, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 pm in chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 7:00 with Rev. Lonnie Welden officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 am at Martin Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday September 14, 2021 and go to Campbell Memorial Gardens for a 11:00 am interment.
