Michael "Mike" Robbins

Michael David “Mike” Robbins, age 51 of LaFollette, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2020, surrounded by his loving family and friends after long and hard battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Mike was a loving husband, daddy, son, grandfather, and a friend to everyone he met. He was the owner of Robbins Quality Roofing. Mike loved watching his kids play all sports and never missed one of their games. He was the president of the Campbell County Cougars Youth Football Association. Mike helped coach many baseball teams over the years which include, CC Elite, Angels, Lil’ Rascals, Vipers, Superheroes, Cyclones, Cougars, and several of the Campbell County Dixie Youth All Star Teams. Mike was a fighter and fought to the very end with his battle with cancer.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Gregory Williams; grandparents, Howard and Satra Goins and McKinley and Martha Robbins.

Mike is survived by loving wife, Shelly Robbins of LaFollette; mother, Emma Ruth Williams of LaFollette; his children, Tana Daugherty, Shawn Vincent, Amy Vincent, Walter Walsh III, Brianna Walsh, Sarah Walsh, Jaelin Wilson, McKinley Robbins, Dayzie Robbins, Dillon and Dixee Robbins, and Coltyn Robbins; 14 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with funeral services to follow at 8:00 PM. Family and friends will meet at Martin Wilson Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 30th, 2020 at 12:00 PM to go in funeral procession to Robbins Family Cemetery, 348 Goins Lake Lane, LaFollette for a 1:00 PM internment.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Martin Wilson Funeral Home for the care of the Robbin’s Family.
