Timmy Joe Morris

Timmy Joe Morris, age 62 of Rocky Top, departed this life on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at his home.  Timmy was born on September 18, 1960. He was a Christian and loving father and grandfather that enjoyed spending time with his family and enjoyed football, cars, and fishing.

He is preceded in death by his father John Thomas Morris; wife Ellen “Charlene” McCulley Morris; and his sister Sue Lawson.

Timmy is survived by his mother Helen Garner Morris; son Craig Morris and Fiancé Emily Spradlin of LaFollette; step-daughter Valerie Buttram of Jacksboro; brothers Johnny Morris and wife Kimberlee of Jacksboro, Willie Morris and wife Debbie of Powell, and Toby Morris and wife Becky of LaFollette; sisters Pam Morris and partner Maria of Texas, Felicia (Morris) Lawson and husband Charles of Knoxville, Becky Morris and husband  Brian of LaFollette, Kimberly Morris of Texas, and Regina Blackburn and husband Kevin of Texas; grandchildren Mia, Scarlett, and Hayden; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Timmy also had close personal ties with Isaac Shrader whom is now deceased.

Visitation will be from 3:00-5:00 PM on Saturday, April 15, 2023 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with a celebration of life to follow at 5:00 PM.
