Benny F. Shown, Sr of LaFollette, Tn age 67 passed away Saturday July 19, 2014. Mr. Shown was of the Baptist Faith, he served in the U S Army and was a Viet Nam Veteran, he was also a Mason and belonged to the Jacksboro Lodge #322.

Preceded in death by a set of triplet grandsons: grandparents, Hez F. Shown and Susan Vinsant Shown, Lawrence M. Goodman and Zora Daugherty Goodman.

Survived by wife of 46 years Pamela Brooks Shown of LaFollette, children Delonda Shown Anderson and husband Tom Anderson of Knoxville; Benny F, Shown Jr and wife Heather Elliott Shown of NC, grandchildren; Courtney Shown Kitts and husband Blake Kitts, Faith Shown Black and husband Tim Black and Jacob Shown all of LaFollette, Emilia Shown, Benny F. Shown III and Matthew Shown all of Atkinson, NC; Tre Harvey and Gabe Harvey of Knoxville, Parents are Hope F. Shown and Pauline Goodman Shown, sisters Shirley Shown Thompson and husband Eddie, Deanna Shown all of Knoxville, Patty Shown Rinehart and husband Stanley of Jacksboro. brothers Ricky Shown and wife Joyce Edwards Shown of Nashville, Mark Shown and wife Leann Burcham Shown of Chattanooga, he also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends 6:00-7:45 pm on Monday July 21, 2014 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Masonic service at 7:45 and funeral service to follow at 8:00 pm with Rev. Bill Braden officiating. Interment will be 11:00 am Tuesday July 22, 2014 in Bakers Forge cemetery with Campbell County Honor Guard in charge of graveside service.
